R55 Oil drip

Oil drip
Hi,
I have a 2009 R55 Clubman S. Previously I thought I had a coolant leak. I thought my leak was coming from the auxiliary pump leaking at the bend and onto the driveway. Saturday I went under the car to double check before ordering parts and noticed the the underside of the item circled in yellow had oil on it.
If you look at this invoice the car had an oil filter housing gasket leak and it got fixed along with replacing the turbo feed line. The car currently has 100690 miles on it. This was done at 68535 miles. So is the return oil line the culprit? Can you just replace that line without having to tear the whole unit apart?
Thanks for any help!
Frank

I think most minis have that part dirty and gummed up. the leak can be coming from the oil filter cap, sometimes when replacing the oil and filter, it leaks out. also, you have the vacuum pump gasket. people reported leaks there as well.
the best thing would be to clean, dry, and wait for new oil leaks.
