What do you put in the barn door storage?

I've been trying to figure out what I could store in the barn doors, as I can see stuff coming out of there while whipping around corners. I've gotten some good responses from the Reddit community, but I want to hear what you store back there!

I don't store anything in them. Because of the hard plastic, I don't like hearing things rattle around back there.

That being said, I use them for smaller items when we take a road trip and the back is loaded up with luggage.

Usually my cycling glasses and some cycling parts/lube in a bag. Or handy when you go to the store and buy 1 small thing I just throw it in there.

hi,

i'm a new owner of a 2016 clubman and was looking at those pockets the other day.

i think i am going to get some sort of pouch and put some EDC type stuff in there... flashlight, head lamp, multi-tool, bandages, gloves, etc.

I keep a dog leash, poop bags, "google eye *****" (from Michael's) that fit into the OO on the boot COOPER. Also in one a towel rolled up for whatever.

Box of latex gloves. Handy for doing some quick dirty work. E.g. pumping gas, washing car, checking oil....you get the picture.

When I got my 2012 S, I had to learn to downsize from SUVs......To prevent rattles, I put thin foam drawer liner in the bottom of the pockets. Small box of 4 or 13 gallon trash bags, a 120 volt outlet tester ( the small plugin type with LEDs) , a 3 prong to 2 prong adapter in case I needed power for a tool or extension cord and only had an old non-grounded outlet to work with.
Other pocket has a few paper towels and a pair of Nitrile Gloves.
