Weird Indicator Warnings

'09 Clubman is giving me odd indictors warning like low inflation when tire pressure is above 36 psi and icy road conditions when it's well above freezing. Today I got a new one, automatic shifter lever locked.

Any insight on why I'm getting these false warning?

Is this ongoing with continuous random indicators lighting up for no apparent reason? If so, look to the battery. Random weirdness is a common affliction caused by a failing electrical system.

It's been ongoing for several months. Doesn't happen at every start up but it's consistent. It began with the low tire pressure [which is the usual warning] then I'd get a random slippery condition symbol and today for the 1st time the other warning I mentioned. I had the MINI for 3 years and do not know when the battery was replaced.

About that. After I recently had my tires rotated the TPMS warning would come on and then [5 sec. later] turn off. I checked the TP and it was stable, so I figured the goons @ TD did something to it. Haven't taken it back in yet.

But the indicator issue began BEFORE the tire rotation, coupled with the other two [non-tire] warning indicators it must be something else.

Yes, the [yellow] warning I got today is the one you linked. Reading further in that thread I see there was a part that required replacement to stop these random warnings.

Yes the first picture is your flat tire indication.
the second is for the transmission error. It could be simple thing.
The third is for the outside temp indication that it js freezing outside.

Yeah, I know what the symbols represent. Not sure why they're coming on.
