Crankshaft Axial Clearance On R56 rebuild

I searched and couldn't find anything about this on any forum or on here so here goes... I am doing a full build as we speak I got all the parts and pieces and put the block in the stand today. I got the crank number and case number and did the graph and got all the correct upper and lower crank shaft bearing colors and placements. I put the bearings in the upper and then put the crank in and then went and checked the Axial Clearance with the dial indicator. According to MINI specs it's supposed to be .015-.050 and mine is reading .060. This is obviously out but how do I correct this? The bearings that were ordered were off the crank and case? Do I need to get some wider bearings? Mine is as follows Upper 1-5 - green yellow yellow green green green Lower 1-5 are all greens. I don't have any calipers so I can't check and see the difference between the yellow and green but I am assuming they have wider ones. Also this block and crank went to the machine shop and were honed and bored the crank was shot blasted.

UPDATE... Thrust bearings are missing and through my ordering of parts those bearings never came up
