change dp gasket

I would like to know if it's necessary to change a dp gasket after a new installation. I have a 2009 clubman JCW and am in my last step before I can get a manic stage 2 tune. I purchased a mariokart stainless dp and plan on changing it out this weekend.

The gasket between the turbo and DP I reuse, unless it cracked or something. The gasket between the where the DP connects to the exhaust, I don't use at all.

The DP gasket is cheap enough to replace especially when you're already in the area.

Near every downpipe we take off has a failed gasket, I would recommend buying one to have on hand for the job. What's a few bucks when it comes to having to remove the heat shielding and downpipe again?

If it has never been replaced, might be a good idea to have one on hand while you do the job. I've gotten away with not replacing mine for some time, but personally have always replaced them when I've had access to them as I don't take my exhaust apart a lot.
