I couldn't find anything online or anything in the vicinity of this line to give me a clue where it should go. It is a fairly rigid plastic line. Any ideas where it should be hooked up?

I am having a rough idle once the engine warms up if that helps.

 

Do you have an automatic ? I cant tell from the pic but does it look like this, can you post better pics ?

Only connects on one end.

 

Yes it is an automatic, that looks to be about the right position. Comes out of the trans clips to it and then just sort of points towards the firewall.

 

Looks like a breather vent for the transaxle.
