R55 Just my curiosity
Just my curiosity
I've owned two Clubbies since 2012. I just noticed that both barn door windows, and the driver's side rear window, all have brownish stripes on them. I assume that's for the rear windows defrosting system. My question is, why aren't these stripes on the passenger side rear window.
Just asking.

+1 on the antenna.

Yes - I think there's a thread here somewhere that documented that the roof antenna (at least on the Gen2 cars, which includes the R55) is for AM radio. There maybe a satellite radio antenna built into the base, but I'm pretty sure that the wand itself is AM-only. Try taking it off and see!
