Sprintbooster install PROBLEM!!!

I just purchased a Sprinbooster from a fellow member and promptly went to install the product. Everything was as smooth as you would expect a simple plug and play to be.

However, after everything was connected, I went to start the car and then the engine light came on and there was no throttle response. I disconnected everything, checked to make sure that there was no damage to the pins, reinstalled, and nothing.

I then reconnected the wiring back to stock and the problems persist. Does anybody have any suggestions/feedback for me as my Clubman is now an expensive paper weight stuck in my driveway

I disconnected the battery and now I have throttle response. Engine light is still on and the Sprintbooster is not connected.

As I continue to do research on the product, I found that the vehicle that it was previously used on was a 2012 Countryman S (MT). I was under the impression that it would fit my 2014 Clubman (non S).

Did I just buy a product that will not work with my car? Does anybody with a 2014 Clubman have this product and if so, Part number???

I thank you all in advance for your time.

It has been a super busy couple of hours. I decided to reinstall the sprintbooster with the battery disconnected and I did have throttle response

However, when I took the car on a test drive, my Clubman was in "limp mode." The check engine light is still on and my car was completely unresponsive while driving it. I went through each of the modes on the booster (Green, Red, not illuminated) and there was no difference in performance between the three. Everything was "limp". The car was completely struggling and even though I am not a "S" model, I had no power while driving... I am still open for any help that the community can provide.

As far as warning lights, the check engine light is lit up as yellow and I am also seeing the symbol that states that the cruise control system has failed. Can I reset the indicators?

Because it is a Saturday, no service representatives are around to assist me with my car.

I am dumbfounded

I wish I could help you - but I have no experience with them. Reading stories like this is why I am happy to just leave my Clubman stock.
