my clubman (2010) glove box latch has failed and the only solution offered by the dealer is full replacement ($300.00 part, plus labor). I tried removing the box myself to see if the latch could be repaired, but was unable to get it out. It seems that it was caught from the top, but there were no obvious screws left to take out. Has anyone done this job?
