P0302-misfire cyl 2

Every now and then my r55 throws a cylinder 2 misfire code. I'm pretty sure it only happens on cold start and after it warms up its fine. I believe it may be the coolant temp sensor but not positive, any thoughts on what else may cause this??

I've eliminated the possibility of it being a coil by switching it with cyl 1

The spark plugs are new and in good shape and there isn't any thing wrong with the coil
