Does anyone recommend specific replacement wiper blades that last longer than 3 months without chattering on the glass? To include rear blades because I have an 08 Clubman justa. Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

 

try cleaning the glass really really well

clay bar and or razor blade.

when my blades drag and chatter, I clean the glass this way and usually all is well. I change blades less than once a year and have used OE at times - PIAA also

 

Glass chattering with blades that are good is usually caused by something on the glass, as Capt_bj mentioned. If you have your car "waxed" at a drive-through car wash, there's your culprit (or wash it yourself at a car wash and use the spray "wax").

Clean your windshield well with rubbing alcohol, and that may solve your problem!

BTW: Out Motoring sells the rubber inserts for MINI wiper blades. Takes a little work, but it's keep your OEM MINI blades, and saves you money. As for aftermarket blades, Michelin blades have served me well, as have Bosch and ANCO.

 

the first time you use a window scraper (old school)

or clay on your glass you are going to be amazed what window cleaner was leaving behind

in much the same way as when you first clay the paint

I use rain-x too

 

Here's an interesting video on chatter caused when blades are a little bit bent out of alignment. Since it sounds like you're having chronic chatter problems it might be worth checking out.
