Mini refused to start this weekend

Had to tow to the dealership. Service there leaves a lot to be desired. In the cold here it appeared the Mini thought it was summer. It threw a check engine light (emissions) then up and died Friday. After calling the dealer today for an update (they should have called me) found out the timing tensioner is leaking oil, i have a plugged/leaky intake on the turbo and a bad temp sensor. Thank god for the purchase of the extended warranty that covers all this.

I could not stand the poor service at the dealer and they refused to give me a loaner even though I towed my car in. They kept asking if I made an appointment. How could I plan for this? If I have a choice I will not be back to them, unfortunately they are the only one in the area. Time to scope out independent shops.

If anyone lives in MN/ Western WI and knows a good shop let me know.
