Waiting for My Reff Blue Hampton, Should be in Port on Sept.29 ..Reff Blue with Silver Roof & Stuff

 

I placed the order for my 2012 Reef Blue Hampton clubby on Thursday. I had another one (2011) brought down from another dealer, but it was literally stolen off of the dealer lot before I could drive it home.

I will reply back when I get my production number!

 

 

Reef Blue is now an option on the configurator for all of the Roadsters.

Seems like most of the reef blues are Hampton Editions.

These Reef Blues are absolutely the most luvly MINIs ever. I am a Hot Chocoholic, but I have to admit that the Hampton edition is the ultimate. If I had one, I'd call it Olga Hampton, a Woody Allen reference to Love & death.
I saw one in the flesh (metal) this weekend, and the only thing that kept me from driving off with it was $35,000.

Now I'm truly envious. Mine is going to take four weeks to get to Los Angeles. Will you post photos when you get her/him? I'm dying to know what the reef blue will look like on the roadster.

 

glad to! if it makes you feel any better i actually ordered peanut ( named for the jeff dunham puppet) in feb, so i've pretty much been ordering toys for a car i just dont have yet. lol.

 

What toys did you get? And where? I painted my toes reef blue in honor of the (as yet unnamed) new car but I haven't bought anything yet...

 

nothing big black jack side scuttles, the sport side graphic, mini sport antenna and black jack license plate holder just cant make up my mind still ob bonnet vs viper stripes. So whats the details on yours?

Island don had put up a link to craven speed they have a smaller antena than the one it comes with. I liked the look better if you go on the forum for r59 you'll see it.

 

Just picked up my reef blue hampton R55 manual yesterday from Mini of Mt. Laurel. What fun!

There's so much pollen here right now, it's hard to get a picture where it looks reef blue instead of black and yellow.
