Mini connected possible to retrofit?

Looking at a local Hampton that doesn't have Mini connect, is it possible to have dealer retro-fit?

Based on the little research I have done it doesn't look like it is really possible. I think I kept readingbut about harness related issues, and of course I think the cost would be very high. But would love to learn more.
