Hey Gang, Heading down to a Tar Heel MINI's run Friday evening I noticed the spare tire well had about a quarter of an inch of water in it. Not real sure where it came from, but we've had a fair amount of rain lately. I searched and didn't see where anyone else has posted anything about a leak. Come to find out, today one of our Hampton Roads MINI's members posted he also had water in his spare well. I own a body shop, so I plan on having one of the guys check it out Monday.

Anyone else have any leaking/water issues on their Clubman?

 

I had that problem after I pick-up my car, but apparently was because they used "high pressure" when they washed it; I checked the well and couldn't find any "holes", so I still have not figure out how that happen.

To be honest, I just dried the tire well and forgot about it, until now.

Checked all the suggestions on MINI2. I'll hopefully find out something from my fellow HR MINI club member when his goes in Tuesday.

 

We've been out in the rain today. The spare tire well is dry.
