Why Mini hasn't either shortened or increased the bend on the seat height adjustment is beyond me. I've been tempted to remove the handle and see if I can bend it so that it is 1/4" inch away from the seat decreasing the gap. My pant leg gets caught at least twice a week. My only major complaint with my Mini.

 

Yup, happens to me, less now then before, but still does. Im 5'6 and sometimes it either grabs me by the inside of the cuff, or rarely, inside the pantleg itself! It has caused me to wack my hands on the ground once or twice! For some reason, it happens to me more in my wifes 04 more than in my 03.
