Anybody paint them? I've ordered a PW & probably will paint just the caps & leave the "U" shaped bumper tops black. I can think of 2 easy reasons why they come in contrasting color: hide the length of the Clubby or hide the small size of the taillamps. I think the caps are only about $75 each just in case I don't like them, a small price to pay.

Anybody seen or done this while leaving the upper portions black to match the tinted windows?

 

If you are refering to painting the lower "C" pillars, yes there are quite a few who have painted them body color. Refer to the following thread: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...bman-here.html. There are several shots in there.
