Just picked up our clubman yesterday... while driving home we noticed a lot of vibration which sounds like it is coming from the drivers side. It sounds like a window rattling maybe? We had the sunroofs open / cracked, and both front windows were down. Anyone else noticed something similar?

 

Not sure if this is relevant, but when I brought home my first Mini (an '03 MCS), it had some rattles in the driver side after a week or so. I brought it in to the dealer, and they took the driver's door apart and tightened up some things.

You'll get rattles eventually, but you shouldn't tolerate them right off the dealer floor. It's possible a connection of some kind was loosened during the trip. I'd bring it back and have them take a look.

 

Almost a week here in MC and no rattles or any vibration at all
