Road noise from club door?

Picked my Clubman up on Saturday. I do notice that from the club door area I tend to get alot of road noise when on the highway, especially when passing other vehicles.

It sounds like I have a window cracked open in back? Anyone have a similar experience? Does anyone know if this is an adjustment issue? I checked that the doors were properly closed, it appears that the window above the clubman door is not sealing properly?

Congrats on the Clubman! I haven't noticed any louder than normal road noise coming from the club door on ours. If it doesn't look like its sealing correctly, take it back to the dealer. Have you washed it yet? Does it leak?

Congrats on your new PW MCC! You'll find others have commented about this here: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=140587

Someone has pointed out that MINIs are not quiet cars - and this is true...this being my third, I attest to this fact. That said, if you're concerned - always check it out.

Update - had the Clubman "Stewie" in for sports strips today, I hand them look at the clubman window. Apparently the glue used to hold the window on the club door did not bond properly and they are ordering me a replacement window. Just an FYI - I thought the road noise was a little too noisy. I am glad they are fixing what's broke.

PW-"It's the glue!" That's a new one.
Tomorrow, I'm waxing my Clubman for the first time. Party.

Nice catch, PWClubman! You're not as crazy as you thought. . .well, maybe you are, but you weren't crazy this time.

Must be a relief.

Yes, phew! Without these brief moments of sanity all else would seem normal.
