I am very happy the pillars are not silver, was too much contrast for me. So whatever the "story" might be, worked out better for me.

A Mini is all about making it unique and yours. In the end the only person that needs to be happy is you. And with such a unique Mini I'm sure you're very happy. I would too!

Well said. Owning ANY car that isn't 'cookie cutter' is a good feeling. I've spent thousands over the years on wheels and tires, lift kits, lowering kits, exhaust, etc so I don't look like the 'other guy'...it may be a waste to some people, but I have enjoyed every second of it.

That S is a slick ride.
