Congrats on your order, bumgardnern! I'm certain that both you and your greyhound will be thrilled with it.
I'm hoping to pick mine up this weekend! I found some steps that Sapphire can use to climb up into the back, and I ordered the Trunk Protection from Mini. I'm thinking I'll end up ordering a mat from Poochstyle as well...just haven't done it yet. Still trying to decide what colors, style, etc!
Can someone post a link to where to get that liner for the back that hooks onto the headrests. Mychocolate lab often scuffed the headrests on our other mini and I don't want it to happen to my clubman which arrives next week!!! AAGGGGGGGGGGGGgghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:grin :
http://www.poochstyle.com/ are supposed to be very well made. Call them - they have excellent customer service - I know because I've been in touch recently.
Try this site. http://canineauto.com/indexproducts.htm I am planning on ordering a restraint for my dog from them. I'm embarrassed that I've never had one for any of my dogs.
Finally tested Red's dog-carting abilities today with our oldest, Sam. I'm pleased to report Sam's satisfaction with his accommodations, not to mention the flat cargo floor.
Here is my little hound Alfie......
He's a short yet solid little chap, see HERE
He doesn't shed a ton of hair, but as he's a scent hound, he tends to get up to a lot of mischief !!
As I bought the Clubby primarily as he struggles to get in and out of my wife's Landrover, Alfie gets to ride in the back, but as I've just cleaned up one of the dirtiest interiors I've ever bought a car with, I'd like to keep it that way.
So I'd love to hear suggestions from other dog lovers, what they do to keep their car interior in shape, it wasn't an issue on the last car, as it had leather seats.

I have a moving blanket that has holes in it, just happen to be big enough for the rear head rest to go through. Then we picked up one of those back seat deals for a dog, it attaches to the between front and rear head rest. We got lucky and it works with the mini and wife’s escape, she has leather and we don’t want any scratches in it. My dog is the only one to ride in the back. Once we are done with our trip, out it all comes and gets washed for next time, and I vacuum all the hair out, every once in a blue moon I have to pull the lower rear cushion to get all the hair.
