i wonder how it would look if the lower half off the c pillar is painted lightning blue en the upper half off the pillar is painted black?

It's actually pretty simple: take a short strand of dental floss and tie a wooden dowel to each end. Slip it under and gently pull so that it slides between the glue and car body. That's what everyone else tells me at work when I asked them how they took their badges off. However, you can NOT "slice" off the MINI logo on the hood. there are no holes after the badges, i just used a fohn ( hairdryer) and heated up the badges. then you just pull off the badges from the car.
to clean off the rest off the glue i clayed en waxed the doors.

yep, they are 8x18, and i use 8mm spacers too
No rubbing issues at all!
