R55 Show us your pictures of your R55 (Clubman) here
The best way to get your pix on the thread - in my experience - is to attach them with that little paper clip gizmo - follow the steps, making sure they're not too big, and voila!
Congrats to all the latest Clubman owners!

Here is a pic of our new MCS Clubman. We had all the bottom plastic trim painted along with the calipers, headlamp rings, and rear license plate backing.

Very nice.. fellow pw/pw
Just for the record, flex agent has NOTHING to do with the adhesion of paint nor primer to plastic.
Plastic adhesion promotor is what helps, not flex agent. Flex agent evaporates in less than 24 hours and is used only to help in flexing of urethane bumpers.
Items like plastic flares don't bend/flex enough to make a difference and like I said, the flex agent evaporates anyways.
Not to split hairs, just letting you know the difference.
VERY RARELY will either of my shops painted textured plastic pieces. It's not that it can't be done (obviously by the wonderful white arches), it's just that the probability of paint chipping is greater than smooth plastic. (thus the reason why GM sells "paintable" and "textured" door handles on their trucks.)
Fortunately, the wheel arches and rocker mouldings are on the side of the car and don't receive the abuse the front spoiler does.
If you live in the south where the roads are generally in better condition that what's up north, it's much more feasible to paint textured plastic if you insist on painting them.
I personally love the look of it being painted, I just don't want the hassle of potentially it chipping off. (I said potentially, not probably)

Thank you all for the kind words!
Nigel and I took a quick spin today (300 miles
), with a passenger and loaded to the hilt with R/C boat stuff. I'm bloody gobsmacked. Average mileage so far: 35.7
And, it's like driving an overgrown shifter kart!

Great looking car
That white Clubman really looks great. I have Black on Red and love it. I noticed you have a Florida Plate, where are you. I am down in Boynton Beach. While you went all white, aI am thinking of going all black barn doors on mine. Instaed of a Clubman badge, I am going with ClubRed.
Once again your car looks great.
