Stock 17's on for the winter. I just blacked out the hood scoop / grill trim, and added custom red & black side scuttles (which I painted myself). Hopefully the headlight rings are next on my blackouts to-do list.
The photo was taken at the National Arboretum here in D.C.

Hey guys! I'm Erwin. I just got my brand new 2010 Mini Cooper Clubman and joined the forums. I'll have better pictures soon, after they finish off the detailing.
Haven't come up with a name yet, either. I will soon

Got some take off Pure Silver mirror caps off eBay (thanks Prestige Mini). Some iphone shots!

Debating if I should get the roof respainted Pure silver or have the pillars and mirror caps painted black (the original owner had it painted from body color to black). Might just keep it they way it is so it looks unique.

I'd def have the c-pillars etc. painted pure silver to match the body. I think the three colors in the rear is a bit busy IMHO and think they would look awesome in body-color, especially with your black boot stripes.
JCW at the Ocean ,file too big?
My file of the nice shot of the clubman is too big, it is 4288 x 2848 and the limits are 800 x 800 , so I'll have to work on risizing it , I'll have to ask someone who knows ,unless some of you out there can let me know a easy way this can be done, I'm not sure how to do this ? Thanks.
Where did you get the red trim? Are they custom made?

The scuttles are indeed customized. I ordered a pair of regular "justa" side scuttles (also from OutMotoring) and then painted them myself using blue painter's tape, a surgical scalpel (for cutting in the grooves), and several coats of heavy-duty red Krylon (and clear coats).

I figured "what the heck, I'll try it", and was definitely pleased. It certainly beats spending over $100 on new scuttles.
