ZUG is available in CT. CT DMV has a website where you can check availability for vanity plates. Not sure about how other states do it.

I'm still waiting for delivery, but the three choices on my form are two variants of T8RT0T, and MAX-MIN.

Oregon doesn't seem to have any online way to check availability. You mail off your application with three choices and I guess they contact you if nothing is available; else you get the first of your available choices.

If you get "CLUBMAN" be prepared to be asked, over and over, "what does CLUB-MAN stand for?" It's still a pretty unknown model, for better or worse. (By the way, no "CLUBMAN" available in NY, BMW marketing took that one!)
