Since I can NEVER have too much Union Jack on my cabrio...

Mike at Aesthetic Creations has these now - several backgound/logo combos available. I also got the domed wheel centercap stick-ons - which add some cool color to the wheels. I think I'll paint my calipers red to really make it "pop"...

And I have a top secret Union Jack blingification planned - hope to complete during the Christmas break....

Nope. They're on the BACK of the REAR headrests. Only applies to cabrios. Just something to look at instead of the blah gray plastic that kinda seems outta place on a MINI cabrio when the top is down.

Although I guess you could do screen captures from the Andy Griffith Show and print those on vinyl and put those on. Then people around here would sit behind you in their pickup and stare for several minutes wondering when the picture was going to start moving again...

Or put real LCDs on and have a little keyboard to enter messages to the drivers in your wake...

Just ordered them for my BRG cabrio. Mike had to pick up the green vinyl.Shipping this week. I'm using green background w/ red "S" insignia. I'll post pix when they come in. Your headrest look sweet!

So far, so good. We haven't had enough heat to be a good test. But I alcohol wiped them the headrests and dried them well before application - so the vinyl is sticking very well so far.

If vinyl eyes stick to the plastic behind the headlights at engine bay temps, I don't think the headrests will be a problem...

 

Thanks. I actually decided it was a little "much" with the wings (three sets of wings so close together...)

So I'm getting another set with just the UJ.

And wait 'til you see my front-end UJ project - almost done - pix coming in the next few days. (what a tease, eh?)

Here is a (not very good) pic of my headrest decals(darn shadows!). I went Orange/Black to match my car, and put the MINI Wings on them for a little contrast. They weren't able to match the MINI Hot Orange perfectly(which I knew up front), but I am still very happy with them.

Dragonflyer does awesome work. The only regret I have about having a cabrio is that I can't have Dragonflyer do a roof graphic for me. (But it isn't enough of a regret that I would get rid of the cabrio.)

I have exactly the same sentiment. I have LOTS of ideas that I think Mike could make real... but no way I'm giving up the Cabrio - but someday, I'm hoping I'll have a tintop pure performance beast.....
