I spoke to Prestige Svc Manager today. They seem to have a fix for the scratch and I will be bringing my car in Thursday. Molding is causing scratch.. they are cutting a part of the molding so that the glass does not get scratched... Im psyched to get it fixed...

 

My MCc went into the dealership today for a new top and side glass. Hopefully, they have the problem sorted out!

By the way, Niello gave me a 325 loaner - thumbs up to them.
