request for thorough checklist for buyer inspection

Hi,
Long time lurker, first time poster. I've been working on many cars / minis over the years, but this is first foray into the MINI.
Looking for a 2006 R52 supercharged specific watch list / buyer's inspection since I'll be reviewing one for possible purchase in the near future. I've seen the Ultimate R50 / 53 Diy, & Performance guide, and it is an awesome start. Just trying to narrow down to one list I'd take in hand to view "the patient" for the first time...Since this particular example has been sitting for 3 years (out of the weather!), I'm questioning if it is worth even looking....
Perhaps there is an S specific one for both Cabrio and Hatchback?

Do a forum keyword search plus there are plenty of youtube videos on the topic out there. I'll just point to one (within his long Gen1 repairs playlist), since @Mod-Mini is a NAM forum member plus his videos are well-regarded...
