Fuel System and Maintenance Order

Post addition of 15% pulley and 380cc injectors, I was running pretty rich. My plan is to do the following:

Replace spark plugs
Replace fuel pump
Replace both O2 sensors
Run some Royal Purple through the system

I sent off my ECU to Way for a retune, and will be putting it in soon. What I am wondering is if I should do the above in any particular order. I don’t want to swap the fuel filter and maybe gunk up the new one with the Royal Purple, or burn out the plugs or O2 sensors.

I would just make a phone call to Way and have him set you up with one step colder NGK's, and replace fuel filter....
If your going to put anything in the fuel tank, make it Seafoam....Whole can for 4 cylinder engine in the fuel tank...Walmart is best place to get that for like 5 dollars...
As a preventative maintence I dump in one can to full tank of fuel every 30K miles....and then run it down to 1/4 of a tank before filling up. It cleans valves, fuel system and lubricates the injectors.....

Makes sense. I’ve got the plugs already, and the filter, just want to make sure I swap everything out in the right order. Choking up a new fuel filter and having to swap it again right away isn’t the end of the world. Fouling my new one step colder plugs and O2 sensors would be an expensive problem to end up with. Will using Seafoam or the equivalent after changing the filter clog it up, or using it before dump a bunch of garbage into the system and kill the plugs/sensors? I’m pretty sure the fuel filter has never been changed at ~78k miles, so it’s time regardless.

If your not experiencing any drivabiltiy issues the system can't be that bad. I would do seafoam last actually. I would not want to loosen and break up any brackish fuel in the bottom of the filter system then run that though my car...wait till you see it...The filter will be BLACK and will see black fuel in the bottom....
