R52 Passenger side window leak
Passenger side window leak
'05 S with 84k miles, had it for about 2 months. When I wash the car, I'm getting a drip from about the middle of the top of the passenger side window. I've already adjusted the windows because they weren't going up far enough and leaked really badly, but this last drip is still there. The seal looks to be in good shape. No wind noise that I've noticed, but I rarely drive it with the top up.
We live in PHX and it's a 3rd car parked in the garage, usually with the top down. It is unlikely it will ever be driven in the rain. So this isn't really a huge issue, but it bothers me. Anybody else had this issue and successfully solved it?

Middle of the top ? Its usually the front of the top.

Make sure the fine adjustment are made for the window and there is nothing stuck in and under the gasket seal for the convertible top rail. That can push on the glass.
Check for a gap between part 8 and 9 on the diagram.
Put you top back and make sure when the window / door is closed the top of the glass all the way up, is horizontal with the rear glass. Otherwise the adjustment screw on the window glass connection will need loosen and tighten again.

Also great for adjusting the rear small glass windows.
Thanks
