Fumoto/Qwik Valve

I did a search for this in the forums and I'm still a bit confused. I'm going to order the Fumoto Valve for my 2008 Cabrio. This is still the first gen design. A forum search indicated some people use the F106 and others have said the F108. The Fumoto website indicated F108. Which is the correct valve for the 2008 Cabrio??? I've had this problem before when ordering parts online for my Mini since some catalogs automatically "assume" it is the second gen style because of the year. Thanks.

you are correct the QwikValve.com site appears to be in-correctly grouping everything from 2007 on as the GEN2 which would be a very ill advised 108

I've installed these for several folks over the years including my own 02 and always used a 106 so unless they changed the size for the 7 and 8 Cabrio I say 106

the 106 replaces this plug
