I just purchased an 05 MCS convertible and love it! The vehicle is in excellent shape for being 7 years old. However, there are clear distinct eliptical scratches on the rear windows (both sides). I assumed this was years worth of opening and closing the top associated with an older vehicle. But, should I be concerned? The top is in excellent shape and I have all the service records on the vehicle from the previous owner. It does not show a top replacement or an issues with it.

Concerns?

 

A picture would help heaps. Unless the glass is actually cracked or crazed, you're probably all right, but...
