Cooling fan turns on warning lights

Driving a 2006 conv, whenever cooling fan turns on in engine compartment, pass airbag off warning light turns on, followed shortly by a sequence of events:

2. Seat belt lamp turns on
3. Dashboard airbag warning light turns on
4. Turn signal clicker stops clicking (actual turn signal lights still work)
5. Convertible top stops responding
6. Eventually the dashboard illumination lights turn off
7. When the vehicle is stopped, remote keyless lock stops working

Letting the car cool off with keys out of ignition seems to reset the warning lights. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Low batteries can make these cars go nuts. Load test the battery and if OK, check alternaters output.

I'll have to run a multimeter to the battery. Initially I thought that it was a low battery, and it turned out that the battery wasn't taking a charge. After replacing the battery, I thought maybe that the alternator wasn't putting out enough to charge the battery. The serpentine belt seems fine, and I'm assuming if the serpentine belt was loose, the A/C and power steering would be giving me grief, but they're just fine.

After she drove the car home, I hooked a charger to the battery, but the charger showed a full battery after 10 mins. I've also noticed that after driving around in cool weather, the warning lights seem to leave on their own accord without stopping the vehicle and turning it off.

I'll run the multimeter tonight.

I was able to run the multimeter on the mini. Everything checked out ok, levels were good from the battery and from the alternator, even when I put a load on it (turned on everything electrical I could find, still put out 14 volts). It's been about 3 weeks since the warning lights first started coming on, and it's almost been a week since the last time it happened, so I'm guessing whatever was shorting the system (maybe condensation on some circuit) has dried out. Even started browsing the wiring diagrams to see what circuit contained all the failed systems, but the problem resolved itself!

The problem came back temporarily. Occurred with the heater and fan running at the highest setting (top was down, cold night). I wonder if the fan on speed 4 drains the battery in a funny way? I realized I never run the fan at level 4 for very long with the top closed. Only situation where I run the fan at level 4 for long periods of time is with the top down and cold out. Radio's usually blaring also because of the wind noise.
