Rubber Trim Cracking and Falling Off

I have a 2005 MCS Conv and it's been a great car, but the rubber that is attached to the silver trim between the car and the top is starting to crack, and at some places, have peeled off. Do you know if this is covered under warranty? If not, do you know how much it would cost to get new rubber installed?

This also started to happen on my 2006 (9/2005 build), and my dealer replaced the rubber gasket under warranty. They even had the part in stock, so the problem must not be too uncommon.

Cool! Thanks RKW. I was hoping that it was covered under warranty.
