Tomorrow, I'm taking d'Mini in to the dealer for the last visit before I hit 36,000 (end of "full maintenance" coverage). So far, my list of things to ask them to look at is:
1. Check for coolant leak
2. Check operation and wear on roof (white marks?)
3. Check brake pads for wear
4. Check belts
5. Replace wiper blades

Anything else I should add to this list?

Well, I am nearing the same situation (probably this August or so) and I have a blocked washer nozzle that I can't seem to fix and a slight dash rattle that I'd like them to have a look at. The only other thing I can think of right now is checking the tire wear/alignment and the fluid levels, but I think their checklist should have fluid levels on there.

 

Results: new wiper blades and new thermostat. I think it was worth the trip (75m. each way).

 

Alas, to be only 75 miles away would be fantabulous. Glad it worked out for you.
