Anyone have pictures of the trunk... err, boot?

I emailed my MA to get the dimensions of the trunk – I am going to build a speaker enclosure and I would like it to be ready when my Mini arrives. I am not sure if I an squeeze in two 10’s or just one. It’s been a while and I can’t recall what the trunk looked like with the seats up – anyone that might have some pictures handy and/or a rough idea of the dimensions I would greatly appreciate it !

I'll see if I can get some tonight. Would do it now for ya but the Government frowns on me hooking up my iPhone to a computer.

Thanks. I see in your sig you have a BRG with black bonnets. Can you toss a couple pics of the car as well ? Mine will be BRG with Black bonnets as well - but I couldn't get the configurator to show the set up. I dunno if it was a conflict with the BRG or with the Sidewalk/JCW....my dealership is installing it as I want it tho.

It's the sidewalk. The configurator won't allow bonnet stripes (at least until you get to the dealer accessory section) with the sidewalk package. I'll do that too. Funny thing is when I ordered I had down white stripes. Dealer messed up and put on black but I loved it and kept it.

I don't have pics, and my camera is in the shop right now, but I can give you some approximate dimensions.

I have the Boot Box in my cabrio, and its dimensions are: (approximately) 31" wide, 15" long, 6" deep. Its outside dimensions are a little smaller than the floor area of the boot.

The boot is about 15" from floor to bottom edge of rear parcel shelf.

Hope that helps-if not let me know and I'll try to get better measurements.

Its hard to tell for sure -- but it appears that I can build a box to fit into the floor of the boot. I am assuming there is roughly 6 inches that drop down into the boot. All I would need is some carpet that will match my car.

Boot pic

Don't forget about the rear window guard, that will cut down on some space.
