Painted Parking Sensors

Has anyone painted over their parking sensors? Mini does not advise doing it and makes sensors for each standard color. I have repainted my car and have black sensors on a gray bumper. Bad scene!

I would like to know if anyone has had success painting the sensors.

Mine were painted and seem to work fine.

I think it looks pretty good even with the black sensors. One would think that you meant it to be that way.

+1

I like the contrast, but as with all things MINI it's all about personal preference.

Davavd,
Have you had your's repainted or are you just refering to the original factory paint? Mine were painted at the factory with Jet Black but now I want to repaint them with the gray.
