R50/53 Moss Motors Trailer Hitch
Moss Motors Trailer Hitch
I see in the latest Moss Motors Catalog they have a trailer hitch at $150 which is more than half most of the others. Anyone have any experience with this hitch?
You got me all excited about this . . . until I saw on the installation instructions that it does not fit the MCS.
By the way, I checked the site for Curt Manufacturing (the manufacturer of the part) to see if they offer one for the MCS, and they do not. Only MC 02-06. They claim no drilling or undercar (facia) trimming with installation in 60 minutes.
If you have an MC, this does look like a good option.

I ordered one over the phone and the girl on the phone was told that I needed a trailer hitch for my 05 MC"S" and I recieved the curt class so I got to pay the shipping for nothing. The same girl who I spoke with again explained it could not fit an MCS after I received it (No S%$^) I almost kept the free gift from Moss, but I put it back in the box and sent it on also. Moss does not sell one for the MCS as I was told after receiving my receiver. If you are really good with metals and welding you could cut off the curt brackets and make the correct ones for it. I am not that skilled.
