stock tire and rim weight

I was wondering if anyone had any stats on how much stock 17" web spokes and performance run-flats weigh? And a comparison with how much their own set up weighs....just curious how much weight I can stand to lose by changing those.

Thanks in advance

Hey Pl4ypl4y,

There is definitely a thread that lists all the OEM wheels and their weights. You can save a lot of weight by not running OEM 17's w/runflats. I don't know the exact weight of webspokes, but I think they are 20 lbs. RF tires are also heavy, due to the sidewalls that allow them to be driven on when flat.
