I have an appointment tomorrow at MINI of Manhattan to have a scuff mark that some lady in a jeep left on the top left side of my front bumper, while i WAS IN THE CAR and then sais that "these things happen in new york" and "i cant prove it"

but that is neither here nor there

i made my appointment and today on the way home from school, i heard something, so i turned off my radio and listened. There is some kind of bell like gingling coming from right under my driver side door, and it happens when i go over a bump, no matter what size! Has this happened to anybody else out there? (and the only mechanical mod has been shoes damper, and i dont know if thats doing it)

So i added it to the list of things to be done when she gets taken in tomorrow morning. Then when im getting out of the car, i was walking away and hit the lock button on the key, and its dead! If im not mistaken arent the keys charging when theyre in the ignition? I thought ten feet couldnt be to far so i kept getting closer but she wouldnt respond, and it really made no sense cause the key was in the ignition for the half hour prior to me getting out of my MINI.

So now thats another thing to tell the dealer about, the problem is, if its a dead battery do i have to replace the key? or can they pop it open and swap batteries, cause i looked at the key (its for an 06) and it doesnt look like its meant to open, and i dont know what to do!

I think its the subzero tempatures plauging the greater new york area. We shall see what my service advisor sais. I'll update later
