How to remove coil pack connector?

While jacking up the engine to install a supercharger pulley on a friend's car, the electrical connector to the ignition coil pack started to come close to hitting the plastic reservoir bottle bolted to the firewall. I tried to remove the coil pack connector, but couldn't figure out how. There's a red plastic tab on the connector that could be slid left or right, but neither position allowed me to pull off the connector. I didn't see any other tabs or latches that would have let me remove it.

I ended up unbolting the entire coil and moving it out of the way, but I think removing just the electrical connection would have given me the room I needed, and would have been a lot quicker.

I'm putting in another pulley this Saturday and would like to figure this out to make things easier.

Thanks,
Scott

After unlocking the red tab, you have to push down the black tab on the top of the harness connector (at the very back next to the wires) while pulling.

Thanks, I guess I never did both steps at the same time. I'll try that for the next pulley install.
