Dan, condolences (on the death of Enery) and congratulations (on not being seriously injured in a 2:1 weight disadvantage accident), oh, and shame on you for not using the MINI's gokart like handling to avoid the whole thing! (bad Eric, no biscuit!)

As for the offending driver, while I don't support a beat-down, I do believe that her actions afterwards betray her overall attitude. FWIW, I'm the guy who honks at people blocking intersections as I weave around them, and at red light runners. As a society we need to make sure antisocial (and dangerous) behavior doesn't get a pass. Accidents happen, but there's a difference between screwing up and rolling the dice. (had to throw a Vegas term in there...)
