Goodbye, summer...
How silently they tumble down
And come to rest upon the ground
To lay a carpet, rich and rare,
Beneath the trees without a care,
Content to sleep, their work well done,
Colors gleaming in the sun.
At other times, they wildly fly
Until they nearly reach the sky.
Twisting, turning through the air
Till all the trees stand stark and bare.
Exhausted, drop to earth below
To wait, like children, for the snow.

Do you live off the lake? I used to live about a quarter of a mile from the lake shore and October was always really nice. 23? Brrr...

Yep... Put it in yesterday. Thank you!
Motor on... I tried the colored B&W thing, but I thought the full-color version was just more complete:

You're a man of many talents, ImagoX.
Well done.

im in the western burbs far into the farm and swamps where
racoones and skunks reside. it tends to get colder here than
near the Lake.

:: nods :: Yeah, it does. Poor bastard.
I miss Chi-town. It was an OK city to be a penniless student, so I'd LOVE to see what it would be like with, you know, an actual SALARY. Damn parking in the city is madness, though.

LOL... It's sour grapes. I'm jealous.
And, besides, I have nothing against Asians... why, some of my best friends...

Love it. The beading water just made the photo timeless. Based on the color, how is the convertible holding in the wet weather?

So far so good... I wish I'd been able to re-apply the Areospace top sealant before it got really wet, though. It needs a hot, sunny day for proper curing. My beading is starting to fail. Other than that, no leaks or anyhting else.
