R50/53 What kind of car is this?
Hello Motorers,
A short while ago I picked up a DS/MCS from Mini in the Hamptons.
The car came with the Aero kit and all the packages and I was pretty happy with it.
Lot's of "style" and plenty of "pep" and fun to drive.
Now, thanks to much advise from many here, I have installed the modified intake a magnaflow exhaust and Helix installed the pully.
Wow ... This thing should come from the dealer this way
I'm not sure what else one would want to do for street use other than springs and swaybar. Many others the have the same "mods".
Is it still an MCS?
Perhaps we should make our own "badging".
(M)ini(C)ooper(S)upercharged(?)something ???
We could do a group purchase of this "badge"
What do you think?

In High School (Many years Ago) there was a guy with a car that nobody knew what it was. He crafted a set of name plates that looked like a manufacturers' logo and spelled AARDVARK across the back with letters he poured in metal shop. To this day I don't have any idea what that car was.
