well anyways an SUV jeep liberty backed into my car this morning only the hood and radiator were damaged. I seriously wanted to kill this lady this morning. Her only words were "are you sure you didn't drive into me". Now I get to drive a POS rent a car for 2-4 weeks.

EDITED By DiD: I know you're mad, but profanity isn't tollerated on the forum (and just removing one letter, doesn't mean it's not profanity).

I don't know what it will cost but you will definately have to replace that hood... you wouldn't really want it banged out anyway. Luckily the headlights look ok because those Xeons are expensive! Very sorry to hear about your MINI...

Oh, Mod, BTW, if you didn't know, the acronym POS contains a swear word. I think you should ban him!

No, it's completely serious. SUVs are far superior to their smaller, more meek bretheren. An SUV could crush a mini any day. Heck, you know I've done it with my Ford Expedition!

You should all go out and buy a gas guzzling Expedition right now! And remember, Bush, 2004!

Ahh, c'mon guys. Get out and smell the roses. Don't spend all your time talking about little British wannabe cars when you could be driving them with the windows down, taking in the fresh out, making out with your girlfriend behind the quickie mart and coming home to a nice dinner with your wife. LIVE A LITTLE!

I kind of wonder why the SUV driver is reading about MINIs if he is so against them. I personaly don't wast my time reading magazines or join forums that are offensive to me. Also last time I checked this was not a political site...

I guess what I'm saying is you don't like the MINI GO AWAY!

Lol, I know the sea gull... I was just messing with him. He holds that car in such high regards. I really don't have anything against minis, hate SUVs, and am a Democrat...

that explained all.
starchybean, you do not have to explain anything you did wrong or you were messed with.
all you have to say is:
i'm a Democrat...
that will be more than enough to explain everything to everybody!!!!!!

Oh man ...

Sorry to hear about your accident. It does look like a complete hood will be in order for your repair. Should mean that you would get a better turn around, order it up front, have it painted and stop in for the work when it's ready.
I had some wonderfull "kids" beat my poor car up with hockey sticks while I was in Boston on business. I watched the whole thing from my hotel window, was a horror.

Some people suck, enjoy the ones that don't.
Um .. is that what I meant to say? lol

I had similar damage on my MC earlier in the week, hood and bumper need replacing, driver's lamp as well. $1600. Damage is not as noticeable as yours though, will get it done at some point.

Nothing a little bond-o won't fix.
In a world now filled with "weapons of mass consumption" driven by idiots yaking on their cell phones, I'm amazed my MCS is still damage free (other than the torture I've put on the drivetrain).
