I keep reading all the stuff about the movie and sneek previews, and promotions for Mini Owners in other states. Is there anything going on for Phoenix?
I would love to get into a sneek preview with a bunch of Mini Owners or meet upp with a bunch for the premier.
What do you guys think?

 

I was planning on attending the drive-in in LA that another MINI owner has posted about.

 

Here's an idea. Scottsdale still has that drive in on McDowell and Hayden. Maybe we should contact the management and see if they are planning on showing the movie. If they are perhaps we could get a Saturday night when a bunch of us MINI/Mini owners could organize an event there. What do you think?

 

Guess what I just saw............The preview
Went to see Anger Management tonight at the Arrowhead Mall, and they
had the preview for the Italian Job. I was so excited.

The preview looked good and did show scenes of the Minis racing through the streets of LA. Needless to say, I can hardly wait.

When I left the theater, I noticed the movie poster on the wall and found a display that had a pile of mini-posters for the movie, just like the full size one.
I grabed "a couple".

I will post a picture of it one Monday.

I think a presence at a theater would be cool. Not to knock the Drive In idea, but I want to see this movie in a theater with a good picture and excellent sound. I have to hear that signature sound as they rev the engines.
Did I mention that Charleze Theron is in this movie. O Baby!

Anyone talked to the Mini Dealer about any promotions?
What about any theaters?
