Jeanna, I agree with the posts from the other thread that meeting earlier would be best since a lot of us have a long drive there and back. A 10:30am meet time leaves plenty of time to chat, check out the other MINIs, take photos, hand out the T-shirts (don't forget to order yours everyone!), grab some lunch, and then do some motoring. For those than can't make it until later, we could arrange to meet back at a meeting spot at a certain time so those folks can join in too.

I'm spreading the word by leaving notes on new MINIs I see in the area, greeting them and telling them about the meet and https://www.northamericanmotoring.com! I'm also gonna see if I can get the local newspaper to do a feature on this before the meet so maybe we can get even more new MINI owners to come out.

Hey Everyone!

Ok I am stillllllllllllll looking for for an exact place for us to meet- my original idea is way too small for the number of people that we have attending, my boyfriend and I went to check it today.......... so again the final plans will be posted about 3 days before the meet so hopefully that will be enough for everyone to figure out their schedule- plan on meeting around 10:30
