The Premium package (canadian at least) includes the following:
- Automatic climate control
- Cruise control
- Multi-function steeting wheel
- ?? heated seats?? (If I remember correctly)

The '03 premium package included automatic AC with microfilter, sunroof, MFSW with cruise and radio functions, and on-board computer. The HK was a separate option. I recall it being about $800 that year and less the following year.

HK is included in the premium package of the convertible models ONLY. Since for obvious reasons convertibles don't get a glass sunroof, MINI replaces the hardtop's power sunroof with the HK for the package.
