Cool me crazy but I've just learned that I can also open my Cooper's sunroof and windows with the remote by holding down the Open button after second click.
These MINIs are so cool!

wow! that's cool. i always loved volkswagen for doing that. i have a 99 passat and a 95 golf. won't have the golf for long though!

 

did you know you can start the MINI with the remote? just hold down the open and panic button for 5 seconds, while standing on one leg and barking!

Man, I need my remote re-programmed! Why is it that every dealership has different software? Shouldn't it all be standard? Can't they just get a brain and make it downloadable from the Internet to all dealerships? All I can do with my remote is hold down the unlock until it makes a wonderfully annoying clicking sound and then the boot pops open and won't close until you make the clicking sound again. Not a feature you look for in a car. I want the comfort opening! Does anybody know what Long Beach MINI (CA) is able to program? (Since I hate Universal where I bought it!)

 

I don't even know what software my dealership has...
I'll have mine programmed as soon as she is in my possession!
