R50/53 Out Motoring ARC Armrest??

Out Motoring ARC Armrest??
Does anyone have this armrest: http://outmotoring.com/out_motoring_mini_armrest.html ? If you do, how do you like it? Is it able to be adjusted far enough forward? Does it get in the way of shifting?? Does anyone have any other/bigger pictures of it installed?
